When Nature Sets the Pace

Most days, we’re ruled by alarms,
screens, and schedules.
Our mind and body stay busy,

and rarely feel rested.
And at some point, our body starts hinting that it needs a real break.

On this tour, some mornings begin with the gentle sound of waves rolling onto the shore, accompanied by the distant calls of seagulls. Evenings come to a close beneath quiet, starlit skies.

Everyday, you're surrounded by forests and seas. Each breath is filled with fresh ocean air, rich in negative ions.
Your soul feels rejuvenated and deeply alive.

The Heart of the Tour

Ayvalik's Olive Groves

While this journey takes you through remarkable Hellenistic-era UNESCO World Heritage Sites, one of its most meaningful experiences lies in participating in a living tradition that traces its roots back to the Early Bronze Age.

The Aegean has long been an ancient olive-growing region, lovingly cultivated for generations by both Greeks and Turks. Despite centuries of shifting borders, turbulent histories, and wars, the olive tree continues to connect both cultures.

Each year, during the harvest months of October and November, olive picking becomes a deeply cherished seasonal ritual. Families, relatives, neighbours, and close friends gather beneath the trees to harvest olives together.

This tour offers a rare opportunity to experience that local tradition firsthand. We will visit a dear friend's olive grove, home to trees estimated to be between 200 and 400 years old. Together, we will take part in the harvest alongside the people who continue to care for these lands generation after generation.

"The tour of Türkiye opened my eyes to just how abundant yet underrated this country is. From charming towns like Ayvalik to the sprawling ancient ruins of Ephesus, every corner is steeped in history. In between these towns we also had plenty of amazing local food made with the freshest ingredients and unassuming recipes. I'd highly recommend it for history buffs, foodies, or anyone wanting to discover this beautiful country for the first time!"

"Right off the bat I knew that Turkiye is a very touristy country. So I am pleasantly surprised. Yasin brought us to experience the real local country. From food to daily life, it adds a whole authentic experience that was what I am looking for. Of course he is also very
knowledgeable about the history that Turkiye is famous for. But it is the people and food that I remember for years."

TA

Singapore

"My trip to Türkiye was unforgettable. A journey through ancient wonders and vibrant village life. I had the best village breakfast-fresh cheeses, olives, bread, and elderberry jam. I want to go all the back to that village to get the jam again. Türkiye blends history, hospitality, and beauty effortlessly. Each place told a story, and I left with memories, good friends, full of warmth, flavor, and awe. Totally worth the trip."

Who Are Your Guides

Meet the People Leading You Through Turkiye

Conceptualising this tour was a really fun one because this olive growing region is where my husband, Yasin's hometown (Ayvalik) is. I have been going to Ayvalik annually for family visits and I LOVE this place for its idyllic beaches with crystal clear waters, cobbled townstreets, amazingly juicy seafood (I'm not even a seafood person)... and I have to add that I always make my best shopping purchases in Ayvalik because of the eclectic boutique shops here.

This is also the town where I've learnt and understand the real truth about the olive oil industry. For someone who has been working with pure oils for more than decade, it is also an eye-opener for me.

We designed this holiday to be full of magic, enjoyment and good food. We honestly can't wait to bring you around soon!

Fully Turkish and now half Singaporean at heart.
Yasin has guided travellers for 25 years all across Turkiye.

This tour is special to Yasin because the olive harvest is based in his hometown. The itinerary of this tour was put together with many collaborations with his friends, family and personal contacts.

He knows the hidden spots in the villages, untouched beaches, amazing food places and stories most tourists never hear. As a big foodie, he will recommend some of the most obscure food choices in his country - if you dare to try of course.

A funny and chill guy who is more of your friend than a guide. Yasin will make sure you have all your needs taken care of, and will always do his best to create the best memories for your holidays.
