All content on this site are property of the Company and is protected by copyright laws. All parties must obtain the Company’s written permission prior to use in any advertising (including but not limited to the Internet) or literature other than Company-published material.

All logos, graphics, social media contents, pictures, audio tracks, video clips and publications (unless credited otherwise) are registered trademarks of the Company. 

Sales and prices

All advertising, promotions, special packaging and/or prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

Product Subscription

We will renew your subscription based on the preferences you submitted. We may change our subscription plans of our products from time to time due to the unforeseen circumstances of logistics and raw material costs; however, any price changes to your subscription plans will be of 30 days in advance email notice to you.

This is no commitment attached to our subscription services; you can manage subscriptions in your customer account on the website — cancel it or change payment details, or you can also cancel by emailing hello@vizu.co stating your subscription order number, address and full name. Please note that you will still be charged for any subscription order which is despatched before we receive your notice of cancellation.

We may terminate your subscription if there is international logistic or chain supply issues that are beyond our control. If this happens, we will give a full refund of the pending product delivery if subscription payment has already been made.

Neither Vizü, nor any other party involved in the creation of this site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising out of your access to or use of this website. Vizü also bears no responsibility and shall not be liable for, any viruses that may infect, or any other damages to your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to and use of this site. 

We may also provide links to other websites from time to time. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of those websites, and are not responsible for the availability of them, and will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites. If you decide to access linked websites you do so at your own risk.

Users of this site may post reviews, comments, questions, so long as such content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity. Vizü reserves the right to edit or remove any such content.

Vizü endeavours to provide current and accurate information on the site. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. Vizü does not warrant that the contents of the website including, without limitation, product descriptions, colours or photographs of products, is accurate or complete.

Quality

Vizü only sells fresh ingredients and our essential oils contain no preservatives. However, for some of our carrier oils, we have added rosemary antioxidant CO2 extract to protect further against oxidation; we suggest that they still need to be best kept refrigerated for longer shelf life. If you are ordering from outside Singapore, your oils may go through unfortunate undesirably warm shipping conditions which may result in oils turning rancid. We accept no liability for this. 

For some of the products, we use supercritical CO2 extraction to retain valuable plant compounds. This type of extraction usually comes with deeper color, stronger smell, cloudy sediments, thicker texture; hence the pungent smell does not always mean it is rancid. 

Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have made an error on your purchase, please return undamaged and unused item(s) within 2 weeks for an exchange. If it is about quality issue, product should not be less than 80% of its original volume. All items are to be returned to VIZU address for quality check and control.

However, should the items be broken while it is being shipped to you by us, Vizü will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Kindly contact us via email (hello@vizu.co) with subject header “DAMAGED” and indicate the sales receipt and/or invoice number and visual documentation of the broken product, we will then acknowledge and send you the new product as soon as we can. 

Vizü is not responsible for lost parcels due to wrong shipping address. If you buy Vizü products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee. 

Disclaimer

Materials herein are derived from institutes, journals, textbooks, research documents etc. Vizü cannot be held responsible for the validity of the information contained in any reference noted herein, nor for the misuse of information or any adverse effects by use of any stated material presented. Information is shared for educational purposes only. Vizü makes neither medical claim, nor intends to prevent, diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. You consent to indemnity and hold harmless the Company from claims (including all costs) brought against the Company as a result of any misuse of the products. All aggregate claims under this Agreement for injury, loss, damage or expenses (whether arising from breach of contract or warranty or from negligence or strict liability or otherwise) shall be in aggregate no more than the total value of your purchase, and all claims shall be valid only if filed within seven (7) days after an incident. 

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including but not limited to such damages arising from breach of contract or warranty or from negligence or strict liability or otherwise), including loss of profits, revenue, data or use, or for interrupted communications incurred, even if you or any other person has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
