HEADACHE aromatherapy blend is made to help manage a series of common ailments such as headache/migraine, nausea induced from motion sickness, and its also effective as a muscular pain relief blend when its diluted with a carrier oil.
Most effective way to use this blend is to apply 1 drop of oil directly onto the temples and scalp, massaging in the oil over affected headache/migraine areas. Please use only when needed. For frequent usage (such as daily usage), please opt for the roll-on version or kindly dilute with a carrier oil to avoid skin sensitisation.
Diffusing this blend helps with relaxation and it is a useful aromatherapy oil to wind down after a hard day's work.
USAGE
For motion sickness and nausea, inhale directly from the bottle or drip 1-2 drops into hankie, towel, tissue or cotton wool (can be stuffed into an inhaler stick) and inhale for a stronger scent.
For headache and migraine, apply the oil topically whenever needed. Massage 1-2 drops onto side temples, forehead and scalp areas affected by headache/migraine. Recommended to lie down and rest after application for quicker relief.
Aromatherapy (3 - 5 drops) via diffuser helps with stress relief and promotes relaxation.
PRECAUTION
Please dilute the 10g pure aromatherapy blend with a carrier oil before applying onto bigger areas of skin (on the body).
Avoid topical use during pregnancy, inhalation is safe.
Not suitable for children under 10 (due to peppermint essential oil).
